Obviously, Lionsgate hasn't released the plot of Saw 8. But legends never really die, and Jigsaw's legacy is still alive. So with this new Saw sequel we may expect as many tricky and twisted traps as usual!
I don't want to see the Saw movie series to come to an end... So I hope that the movie Saw 8 won't be the last. But no need to worry I think: I doubt that Lionsgate would stop such a successful franchise: they wouldn't kill a goose that lays golden eggs after all!
We may wonder though how they will manage to keep Tobin Bell who plays as Jigsaw on board after the movie Saw 8... I mean, since Jigsaw has already passed away, would be hard to justify new flashbacks showing him if all has been revealed in Saw 8...

SAW 8 will happen,its just a matter of when? If SAW 3D was truly the last one,then why did they leave it open for a sequel? Why was Hoffman left alive? Who were the other masked pig people that helped Dr Gordon attack and drug Hoffman? Why was Amanda's body never shown,if she truly was dead? Imo Lionsgate has been gauging interest to see if any true Saw fans really would go see another Saw in the theatres? Yes there are enough of us and Saw 3D made enough money that Lionsgate should realize that. Also why have Lionsgate been teasing us about Saw and Saw 8 in 2 of their other movies? Conan The Barbarian and a certain movie with the tagline "Its not the house thats haunted". Lionsgate would be idiots to not do SAW 8 cuz of the money they could rake in,but also to please us true fans. We're waiting LIONSGATE!!!!!!!!
